How do I know you are a legitimate company?
We have been connecting travelers with guides since October 2015 – nearly more thanĀ three thousand people have now taken our tours.

Do I need to tip my guide?
Just on your own wish. , the guide may accept a tip, if offered.
All the guides set their tour prices to ensure they are appropriately compensated for their time. As such they do not rely on tips from tours. All guides are aware of this policy.
If you would like to help your guide, you can leave a thoughtful review of your tour for future travelers to see.
What should I do if my tour cannot go ahead as planned on the day?
If for any reason there is an issue on the day of your tour which would stop the tour going ahead as planned (i.e. a member of your group is unwell, you cannot find your tour guide, etcā¦) then please call our dedicated 24 hourĀ emergency lineĀ atĀ +250789664395

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Our online payment system encrypts your payment information to protect you from fraud and unauthorized transactions. Your payment method will be charged once the reservation is made.
How long is my tour valid for?
You donāt need to change the date for your purchase as it can be used from the moment you purchase.

Why do I need to reserve a specific date if the tour is valid forever and is self-guided?

We can send you download reminders, road closure updates, and other date-specific notices if we know when you intend to take the tour.
Can I make changes to my booking after I reservation?
Day 1 of this tour is an arrivals day, which gives you a chance to settle into your hotel and explore your destination. The only planned activity for this day is an evening welcome meeting at 7pm, where you can get to know your guides and fellow travelers. Please be aware that the meeting point is subject to change until your final documents are released.
